Well Koening is a slightly above average vet, however, Dr. Moesby, who is part of the practice, is the nicest, most personable, most competent veternarian I have ever seen. Ther is also a female Dr. there who is quite competent, and some of the support staff are just excellent. They have a few bad apples, but mostly the staff gets 8.5 out of 10. Quality of service also gets an 8.5 out of 10. However cost, well, they are way too expensive. Yes, you should have to pay for quality, but now that I have 5 cats, a dog and a foster cat, the fact they will not work with me hardly at all (I'm talking like a 5% discount for multiple pets, when I really make a scene, or a $10 break if I don't) has me really soured. They are the best around but they are just so aggregously<-sp, that it is just ludicrous.
