I don't think you can improve on "perfect". Dr. Mongrain is awesome. He answered all my questions (some didn't even pertain to teeth). I really like the dental assistant, she's always so kind. She was very patient with my 2 year old grandson. The office staff is ALWAYS friendly. I never wait very long. Once when I did have to wait (no fault of theirs) they gave me gift certs. for a local resturaunt. No complaints here.
