It only took 2 days to get my machine repaired, and they had the parts in stock. Friendly and eficcient service. They had off street parking They also showed me some Riccar vacuum cleaners. Very nice , and made in the USA. Something you dont see too much anymore. Next time I am due for a reapair, I will seriosly consider buying one.
