Remember when your banker knew your name and went out of their way to be helpful, well those days aren't back but the folks at this Wachovia make you feel welcome. Although not certain how their being taken over by Wells Fargo will change thinks but the people that are still there make you want to come back. The services are pretty typical but solid nonetheless. So if you have to have your money in a bank this is a good one. Oh and the personal bankers are helpful.
