this is by far the worst place for a renter if you value your stuff. the lock on my unit was cut and replaced with another. when i asked the office about it, we came to the conclusion that the lock did not belong to myself or the storage place. due to a flawed contract, i am not allowed to cut my own lock. here is the thing ITS NOT MY LOCK!! they wanted to charge me 40$ to cut the lock. if i cut it myself i get a 30 day eviction notice. well if my stuff had been ripped off i was going to leave anyway. so i cut the lock. some of my things had been stolen. i called the local police and started a report when the owner showed up and had me removed from site. what happened to 30 days? now i have to get a civil standby to be there to retrieve my belongings. with out security cameras on the premises the thieves are going to get away with it. so i recommend spending 20$ more and going just around the corner to interstate storage. they have some of the tightest security i have ever seen at a storage facility. rent at your own risk and remember , you get what you pay for!
