The service person, Miguel Polo, was friendly, efficient, clearly attuned to our problems with a pet, and able to eliminate the stains on our carpet. We used this company once before, following a flood that soiled the carpeting and soaked the floor beneath. We were pleased with the results that time and were provided with a pail of cleaning powder to use on spots, etc. thereafter. The products are safe around children and pets, a real concern for us. Miguel was here for nearly two hours, cleaned several rooms and a hallway, and used a sanitizer to help deter our dog from further accidents. We are happy with the job he did and will use this company again in the future.
