Victor, Roland and Jose were on time, straightforward and worked quickly. They moved furniture (not the unreasonably large things, of course) in order to clean a majority of the floor space. They answered questions politely and were very friendly while they were here. Our carpets look and smell great. Pet stains were removed and deodorized. I've never had our carpets cleaned, so I have nothing to compare it to, but I was very happy with the service and the results.
