The technician arrived on time - looked at the areas that were to be cleaned and gave me a price. The gentleman who came, Miguel Polo, first demonstrated the procedure on a stain in the dining room. Within minutes the stain was gone and the area was dry. I was really impressed with the process and the technician. He did 5 rooms, the stairs, and a loft and was completely finished in 2 hours. He was neat and careful of all my furniture and belongings. He put everything back in its place. I will definitely use this company again and will ask for Miguel by name in the future.
