Not feeling comfortable with attending counseling sessions, Mr. Skinner helped to ease my fears and concerns with the stigma of seeking help. He showed a geniune level of care and objectivity during my time in counseling. While he was always on time, I never felt rushed or that he was inattentive. His support staff showed the highest level of professionalism and courtesy in every contact I had with them from scheduling follow-ups, cancellations, and phone conversations. I also like the flexibility this counselor has to meet with his clients. This is very important for those who may need to meet outside of normal operating hours due to work/job conflicts or childcare issues. I would readily recommend ARS Resources without reservation to anyone needing such a service.
