Sovay does the best eyelash perms. I have gone to several other places in Houston and no one does as good of a job as she does. At some of the other places I have gone it was a little uncomfortable, but Sovay is very gentle and even relaxing. She produces wonderful results everytime. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else for an eyelash perm or tint but Sovay!
