My dog was in their kennel and I called several times and left several messages to see when I could pick up my dog. A man called back and was extremely rude. He told me I couldn't pick up my dog, she was gonna be euthanized on the spot and she had to be quarantined and will be euthanized during that 10 day quarantine period (she didn't have her rabies tag on so they were going to quarantine her for 10 days) I picked her up the next morning, with proof of her shots and the guy I spoke to was saying he spoke to me the way he did because my dog is a Pittbull mix and they have a bad reputation. She was wagging her tail, giving them kisses when she left (even though I didn't want her too!) And told me they were sorry for what they said. Even though they apologized for their actions, these guys are not professional in any way, shape or form and they all seem like dirtballs and gang members with their tatoos on their faces.
