budget living, not quite the best deal for the money 2/20/2010

Its a decent place, the cupboards are made from rotting particle board. had staff come in and ""tighten"" the draws several times until they eventually turned to dust. the refrigerator seemed new, but both rails on the door broke off. our neighbors have children playing in front of our windows, which like the person above said is completely reasonable. but these kids where not being watched at all, they stole a coin jar out of one of my bedroom windows. i generally like kids so this was not that big of a deal. my neighbors for the most part where tolerable and respectful. except one, who would blast music to the point where i couldn't here my own tv. they would be up at 3am screaming and slamming doors there are no lights in any bedroom or living room but they do have switched outlets. the doors all fell apart over the time of my one year stay. basicly everything is crumbling and broken after one year. this is definitely a budget rent, better deals can be found, but the area is fairly nice being close to both lakeside and partridge creek, two gas stations on the corner and kroger not a mile away . meaning no messing around in the heavy hall road traffic for a quick grocery run. if your not a criminal check out lakeside village, just down the street. much better in every aspect and only slightly more expensive. Pros: good location, reasonable rent Cons: terrible people. filthy amenities, management more
