I bought a used Nissan here with an extended 3-year warranty. I got the car for a great price (well under KBB and in great shape) and felt the warranty was a good deal. I spent about 5 hours at the dealership - paperwork and financing took forever...\r
I resold the car (out of necessity) and ended up only losing a little for the taxes I paid initially.The only issue I have with Evergreen is the finance department who never returned my calls re: cancelling my warranty and getting me my much-needed refund. After a few frustrating days, Tony, the general manager took care of everything.\r
All in all they do good business.\r
