The owner is a very RUDE and ARROGENT man who has no respect for his customers...especially women. He acts like a ""know it all"" and degrades people from the moment they walk in the door. For a man who has gone through a serious illness he evidently hasn't learned that he needs to be thankful for his customers and what success he has had in his line of work. I highly recommend thinking twice before taking your shoes here to have them repaired, unless your in the mood to be treated like a dog.
