Harte Nissan take great pride in customer satisfaction. In response to Unbelievable and Horrible, both posted in 2007, Harte Nissan truly apologizes for any inconvenience our Oil Change Policy may have caused you. We began asking our customers in the Oil Change Program to provide documentation that they, in fact, qualified for it because after an internal audit, we found that several individuals were taking advantage of the program without actually qualifying for it.
