Very Poor customer service for on-line sales. 2/22/2010

Ordered cleats on Saturday and received a confirm. We were unable to track the order, so I sent an email asking for tracking information on Tuesday. Didn't get a reply until late Friday afternoon; we were told that we SHOULD have be told that the item was out of stock. (They never told us that.) They cannot be reached by phone and in a follow-up email I was told they don't call customers. Never an apology. But they did ask if we want to order something else. Yeah, right. Pros: None. Cons: Poor Customer Service more
