I purchased a dining room set in October, 2009. It was late arriving, then was missing 2 of the 8 chairs and the table was damaged. It was obvious someone had attempted to ""correct"" the damage but it was very visible. I've now been trying to get a refund for approximately 4 months and can't even get them to return calls. They are rated ""F"" by the Better Business Bureau. I wish I had researched more before purchasing. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. They are horrible. Family run so none of them can be fired I guess.
