Better Life really came through for my family when we needed help fast. We had a pipe burst at 2am in our basement. Our basement was filling with water at the rate of 5 inches an hour. I called Better Life as soon as I saw my flooded basement. The person who answered the phone assured me that they would have a crew to my house within 40 minutes. Amazedly they arrived in 35 minutes!! I was extremely impressed how fast they arrived. I needed a ton of water removed from my flooded basement. They handled everything like pros. It was a pleasure working with the technicians. The basement had water damage everywhere. This was truly a horrible situation, however Better Life made the entire process seems seamless. I was extremely impressed with their knowledge in water damage and drying my flooded basement. After a couple of days they came back to repair all the water damage and begin the water damage restoration process. It turned into quite an extensive water damage restoration job.
