There are some hyperbolic reviews posted here, perhaps by employees themselves. Boly:Welch, based on their website and my interactions, attempt to present themselves as a very selective, elite agency. According to their website, if they don't respond to your inquiries, than you're not the right fit? In other words, be aware that we may totally ignore you. WTF? First of all, a temp agency depends on clients in order to sustain itself, why are they presenting themselves as if they're some kind of v.i.p. lounge with a dress code? What legitimate business doesn't respond to any and ALL inquiries (although in Portland, that seems to be perfectly acceptable)? Boly:Welch, despite the ridiculous name, is just a temp agency, located in a small, culturally backwards and exceedingly unsophisticated little town, and Boly:Welch's attempt to portray themselves as THE premier temp agency is laughable. From my very limited experience with tempt agencies, most of them pretty much suck, and Boly:Welch is no exception.
Pros: Another temp agency
Cons: Another temp agency
