Next day appointment (between 8 & 12) set up by Home Depot for LG washer under extended warranty. Previous reviews made me anxious, and by 10:30 there was no serviceman or call. But then James called to say he'd be a few minutes late. He arrived before 12:30 and got right to work. He quickly and neatly disassembled the washer, found the problem, fixed it and put everything back together in less than an hour. Everything seems to be working fine now, less than 24 hours after the initial problem surfaced. No charge under the warranty.
