Aweful business practice! I ordered a custom piece from Linda Shannon, that was never properly sanded; so the spraypaint started to peel off! The paint job was blotchy and done poorly! The piece was delivered damaged and not as promised regarding the sanded edges/finishing. She had the audacity to begin sanding the piece ONSITE in my storefront and left a mess and a scrap piece of sandpaper so I could ""complete it myself""... after she was paid to do it herself! After further inspection I contacted Linda and informed her that I was not happy with the piece and would like it fixed as it was originally agreed upon. I had to call Linda EVERY week for two months before she sent a man to pick up the piece to fix it. Shortly after Linda recieved the piece, she decided it was no longer in her best financial interest so she would refund my money. I had to call her EVERY WEEK and finally EVERYDAY until I launched a complaint with the BBB and it still took her 60 days to respond and refund my money! This ENTIRE ordeal lasted SIX MONTHS!
Pros: CHEAP FURNITURE!
Cons: POOR CRAFTMANSHIP!!!
