We had been using Jenny at WILLOWBROOK MALL as our regular haircutter for over 2 years. My daughter wanted a few layers & a trim. Her hair WAS long & thick. Jenny cut lopsided layers, & when I asked her to tweek it, she grabbed my daughter's hair & CHOPPED IT OFF !!! Manager Emily & director Terry were very sympathetic. An unexplainable haircut & action by someone who we used to think highly of. We don't know why she did this. Maybe because I used another stylist - Phillip - when she was booked, & I complimented him on his cut?
