This school is simply toxic. Yes, they may have nice facilities, but the social enviornment is very unhealthy. My entire family went to this school and being a poor family, encountered intense classism from students and faculty alike. Students who ""fail to assimilate"" fall through the cracks and faculty have historically failed to intervene on the child's behalf when struggling socially. Academically, these children are no better prepared for high school than public school students with the exception of developing hateful attitudes and rigid cliques separated along family income. The staff and faculty are not knowledgeable about other academic opportunities such as Running Start or other local blue ribbon high schools such as Curtis Senior High. These educational alternatives may have a benefit for their students but most of these students are channeled into Bellarmine Preparatoryl; another religious private school. They seem more keen on pushing students into exclusive and expensive schools than actually preparing students for the future.
Pros: Good Facilities
Cons: Rich/Affluent community, Classism, Poor faculty involvement
