I recently went here for a simple haircut. Michelle ""attempted"" to cut my hair. My hair is thick, but that shouldn't be a problem for an experienced hairstylist as quoted in their website for Michelle. My hair was cut in a bob and it was jagged on the ends and one side was shorter than the other. When pointing this out to Michelle, she said that evidently my spine was crooked! I wanted to ask her when she received her doctor's certificate! I left that day, but have been unsatisfied since, so today I went back in to see the manager. Stephanie, who is the receptionist, according to their website, helped me. Told me that my hair was thick and she wanted to thin out my ends. I told her I didn't want anymore length off my hair. She began to ""fix"" it and did cut atleast another inch off my hair. I explained to her about what Michelle had said and how it had offended me. She brushed it off and didn't apologize for it. Anyway, they gave me a $20 off coupon for my troubles. I will not be going back to this salon. I am still not satisfied with the cut. I would expect better service from a salon in the Cinco Ranch area.
