My vehicle was damaged either from the tow service or on the lot. Substantial damage was done to the body, from front to back, and internally. For example, the drivers side door will not even close because of the massive dents. The company refuses to take responsibility and will not even provide a condition report or anything of that nature. They have also refused to provide bonding and insurance information. Now, I have had to involve legal counsel. This place should be shut down.
