if you are sent to seagate medical group for a ""second opinion"" by a government entity, be sure to get a copy of the report; i did, and my report had information regarding a completely different patient in some paragraphs, yet my disability status was based on that person's information; luckily i had a copy of the report and was able to clear up the problem; was the doctor neglient, sloppy, or exactly what? in any event, just be sure you get a copy of your report; this is one poorly run, sleazy outfit and our tax dollars are paying for this
