We had terrible serv ice from day 1. Brad never showed up to the job site so there were so many mistakes from the placement to the size of the pool. The pool had 18 leaks the first year. The coping and the flagstone began to come apart after the first year and are still coming apart. The heater is now broken and has broken several times. I regret using Backyard Amenities. Look elsewhere for a pool company!
