The manger at the other location found it right away. And William, thank you for giving MY money back to me after your ""new policies"" overdrew both of my accounts. Thank you Chase for adding waiting periods, and additional fees to an already complex account structure. But most of all, thank you William for making my decision to move to a new financial institution a very easy one to make.
