I have been an avid modeler and military hobbyist for many years. When I first arrived to New Jersey, I ventured out and found AAA hobbies. I was very impressed with their stock and variety of items. That is, unfortunately where the positives end. It takes me about 45 minutes to an hour to arrive there only to receive awful service. The employees there do not care about how they deal with customers, do not appear to want to answer your questions, or even try to help you. Just today I thought I would call about an item I interested in and the person on the other seemed as though he was in a rush to get me off the phone. Most of their items are ridiculously overpriced and can be found elsewhere. Every time I drive to this store, I leave with an even greater sense of disappointment and anger than the last time I visited. As a result of my bad experience with one of their employees and terrible service, I will not shop there ever again. Nor would I recommend anyone to. If they could read this, they probably wouldn't care or change their awful ""customer relations"" habits Please consider buying online or shop elsewhere. AAA hobbies is just not worth the time, effort, and money it takes to deal with this lousy store.
