My search for the ?perfect ring? ended when I purchased a Gelin Abaci TR-145 setting from Dimend Scaasi. I contacted DS about several different Gelin settings (some that were shown on their website and some that were not) and Shannon responded within an hour answering any of my questions, quoted me prices, gave me pros and cons about each style, and even took pictures of the different rings on her hand and emailed them to me so that I could get a better idea of how the ring would look (that was especially helpful because tension rings can look a lot different on a finger than they do loose). On December 31st when I told her that I was going to purchase the setting within a few days, after discussing with her boss Isaac, they offered me a New Year?s discount which sealed the deal for me. Then after I bought it Shannon arranged with Gelin to expedite the setting (at no extra charge) so that I had plenty of time to get the ring checked out before I gave it to my now fianc?. I wasn?t even charged anything for the overnight shipping/insurance (which couldn?t have been cheap). Dimend Scaasi?s customer service is first class and the quality of their jewelry is exceptional. I am 100% satisfied with my experience with DS and recommend them to everyone. My fianc? absolutely loves the ring so I want to say thanks to Shannon and Isaac for their dedication in making the engagement perfect.
