I have nothing but praise for Dimend Scassi. I, like most guys, felt a little overwhelmed when I first started shopping for rings. After a few store visits, I finally called my brother to see who he used when he got engaged. That's when I got hooked up with DS and Alexa. During my first appointment with her, she took me through diamonds 101. After which I finally found a setting that I liked. But since I wanted it to be a surprise engagement, I wanted to get my fiance's best friend's opinion. Alexa was able to setup an appointment with my fiance's BFF (who lived in a different state) and showed her a live video feed over the internet while talking to her on the phone about the different rings. After we all had consensus on the band, I picked out the diamond. At no point did I ever feel pressure to go above my original budget.
