I have had the exact results as Danny Boy and Mistrib, four times the forms were rejected by the court. Then Walnut Legal Services didn't write down my correct address so that the forms, once rejected by the court would be returned to me. The forms were rejected within 7 days of having them delivered to the court. Two months after their original submission I called Brian on their status and was told that all was well. After another month I received the rejected forms with the court stamp identifying the rejection date, three months earlier.
Cons: Inept, unconcerned, total failure of due diligence.
