I had 5 star clean the carpets of a house I was moving out of, at this point everyone had moved out and there was no furniture in the house. My landlord called me up a few weeks later to tell me that the carpet had to be cleaned again - he said it looked like the first cleaners had done little more than spray the carpet with water and then vacuum.
I called 5 star about their Customer Satisfaction Guarantee and I was told the first time that Dave was on vacation for two weeks and would get back to me when he returned. It's been 5 weeks since then and they haven't replied to any of my phone calls or my email.
Basically, unless you want a wet carpet, don't bother.
Cons: Carpet cleaning had to be redone, Won't return phone calls.
