A good friend recommended that I take my car to this place for work, her parents had been going here for years. My first experience was mediocre. Their attitude was full of arrogance. I'm sorry but it's hard to explain the kind of noise my car was making and what part it's coming from. That's why I brought it in because I have no idea what's wrong. There is no reason for me to feel stupid. They did make the effort to take me home because it was going to be awhile and got my car back to me in a timely manner. The second time I brought it in was for steering issues because of a fender bender. By the time they configured my estimate, it totaled $2475... which had NOTHING to do with what I asked them to look at. They made sure to tell me none of it would be covered under insurance but that I shouldn't take my car back on the road - that it was dangerous. Not having even close to $2475 I took my car to get an estimate somewhere else. I paid my deductible to repair the damage from the accident and they laughed when I showed them the other estimate. Out of the 5 repairs Baum Blvd said I needed, only one was really necessary. Their estimate? $230 LESS than Baum Blvd. They said the vehicle was in perfect driving condition and that I shouldn't be worried. Whether the case be they work off of commission or that they thought they could get away with ""dumb girl who doesn't know anything about cars so let's up everything hundreds of dollars""... I hope they begin to realize that people are noticing. Cons: D.) All of the above more
