She doesnt hardly speak English. She is Russian or something. Not only is it tough to deal with your sick animal, you have to deal with trying to decipher what she is trying to say in English, along with trying to make sense of what direction we should head with her aimless sentences. She will state like 4 or 5 options and then not recommend any of them. And not really give you any incite into what has the best chances or what she would do for a positive outcome with your animal. She seems like someone who is overpaid for the little she does, and is underqualified. I dont even want to return for the FREE followup consultation for my animal that she didnt kill. She also walks out of the room and leaves you there, never saying where she is going or what exactly you are waiting there for.
