I've been coming to POW for over 6 months and I love it. I have never been in such great shape and have never enjoyed working out so much. Each class is totally different, so you NEVER get bored. Each month has a different focus, and the owner/head instructor gives special seminars that are built around that focus. One month you might get a great core workout plan and the next month an eating plan. I really like the well rounded "fitness" program that is put together. The owner is truly passionate about her business and it shows.
