I had a 1:00 pm appt time. I wasn't seen until 2:30. I showed Lisa not one but two pictures of exactly what i wanted my hair color to be. I was going from medium brown to a light/medium ashy blonde. I eplained stylists never give me what I want so I was excited to actually have the hair color I was so desperately seeking. I told her I did not want any brassy tones in my hair at all. All she did was do all over highlights taking my gorgeous medium brown hair to a terrible orange red. Nothing short of a disaster. Such a disaster I was not charged. Clients beware. See Lisa with caution.
