The chimney sweep was prompt and took the amount of time he said. He even spent extra time with my questions and was very knowledgable. He was very careful with the equipment and cleaning up after he was finished. He was honest with recommendations that I should do now or could wait on. I like when repair companies give me other options than spending more money! It was also very easy to set the appointment. The price was much lower than other companies I contacted.
