Horrible Horrible Horrible! I used to go to Home Depot exclusively until one day when I went to exchange a broken table I had bought there a week earlier. The manager said since I had no receipt, there was nothing he could do to help me, and turned and walked away. Absolutely a jerk of a manager! I took the broken table to Home Depot on 1960 and they exchanged it for a working table, no questions asked.\r
I will always use Lowe's now, and I find their customer service is far superior and the employees and much more knowledgeable than over at the Home Depot.
