I called Alon and he called me right back. He was thorough and patience. I had the choice of filing bankruptcy 7 and/or him also talking to the bank. I decided to speak with the bank and he handle the bankruptcy. It worked and the bankruptcy took about 6 months.The modification took about 9. Thanks Alon for your advice and handling the bankruptcy. He did not challenge me or say it would be better for him to represent me in the modification. He supported us in our decision to speak with the bank and worked with us while we were going through the modification.
