3 days after they were supposed to be delivered and 3 phone calls and all they said was "oops sorry" They did not even bother calling me or the person to receive the flowers. The costumer service was also equally messed up all I was wanting was an apology but they kept covering it up till I asked for them to admit mistake. Their was no attempt to satisfy my needs at all. They were unethical and impersonal and oblivious to the fact of what their products are used for and the personal meaning and message behind sending flowers. It's just wrong.
