Please avoid this Installer at any cost.
I went here to install 4 Conti DWS 275/45/19 on my VW Touareg.
They struggled mounting these tires, I spend over 4hrs waiting in their store as a result.
I took my car to another mechanic a week after the installation/alignment of these tires, who informed me my steering wheel was way off center and the car was pulling to the left heavily.
Within 4 months as a result of the incompetence of this installer my tires have worn excessively, and needed to be replaced again - less then 5,000 miles on them!! What a way to waste over a $1,000 on perfectly fine tires.
I spoke a few times with Goodyear (Gemini) HQ and also went back to this installer. They deny any wrongdoing and blame customer for needing to replace these tires within 5,000 miles!
If you care about your own safety - please avoid this installer at all cost - or any Gemini installer for that matter.
