THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! AVOID AT ALL COST 12/3/2010

I rented a new town home in Chatsworth, California. Come to find out the HOA provides basic service through Time Warner Cable. You have to call this company to order the DVR if you want one and any other services like, internet and phone. Sooooo I innocently call them to place the order. . . . OMG 20 minutes on hold.... I'm told I have to be transferred to the ""Bulk"" Department. I was on hold for an additional 25 minutes when the operator picked up the phone and hung up on me. So I called back. I was on hold again for 22 minutes and It has been yet another 18 minutes and now the operator who picked up the phone now says she is not the right ""Bulk"" operator, I have to be transferred to another one. So while I was holding I called AT&T on my land line to ask about services. Come to find out they have no lines going into the Town Home complex because TIME WARNER has a monopoly on it. OMG. I'm trapped. more
