I haven't had experience with this particular location but I have had experience with Dr. Betsy Hendley and I don't have enough good things to say. I first took my lab mix (Moe) to see her when he was only a puppy. She was very attentive to both of us. A year later when he had an allergic reaction to something, she remembered him and played with him for a few minutes and discussed in detail with me how I should care for him at home. Even when I went by to pick up heartworm medication, Dr. Hendley recognized me as "Moe's mom". She's very personable and, in spite of the other reviews I've read, since the Animal Hospital is under new ownership (Drs. Jay and Betsy Hendley), I really think previous customers will be pleasantly surprised.
