My husband and I have been using this storage unit for almost a year now. Have had nothing but problems with them returning our phone calls. This business is very unorganized. They do not return phone calls, they do not remove locks when they say they will, and they won't do anything about your damage belongings from their roof leaking! I would not recommend this storage facility to anybody! Very unprofessional!
