I ordered a bathroom light that turned out to look a lot different than it was shown on the website. I spoke with Sonya Roman in the customer service department and she argued that the colors in my photograph were not different than the colors shown on the website. She has the power to waive the re-stocking fee but refused to do so. I have to pay a 25% restocking fee even though the pictures clearly show that I am in the right. Sonya cannot control her mouth. She cut me off numerous times during the phone conversation. I am in customer service myself and I made sure I stayed polite and calm. The phone conversation ended with her hanging up on me. I would definitely avoid this company.
