I had Roto-Rooter Plumber James Wallace service my main-line on December 7, 2010 after waking up and finding sewage in my basement. When I placed the call, the operator was very friendly and nice. James came out and was extremely professional and courteous. He took the time and explained things even while he was cleaning out the drain. He was magnificant! I had tried to use another plumbing service once, and learned my lesson. I was so unsatisfied I had to get an entire refund. I had used Roto-Rooter before that instance, learned my lesson with using a competitor, and returned to Roto-Rooter again. I will never use another company as I have had great service from you.
