Great listings of foreclosure homes - they were very honest and upfront about all of the house details. Very helpful in negotiating a price with the bank they represented. Don't know what the other post is talking about - buying from Riverway was easy, I could use my own lender, and closed in 3 weeks. Of course, I had clean credit and no issues with loan qualification. I've already sent 5 of my collegues to Riverway.
