Nate informed me of all of my options concerning my repair and decided that for safety issues my vehicle should be serviced on the day I visited the service department. He offered a ride home while my vehicle was being serviced and called as promised during the day to keep me informed of the status of the repairs. He also called to notify me that the repairs were completed and offered that the dealer would pick me up in the morning if I was unable to make it to the dealership before closing.
Nate keeps me informed on services covered by my warranty and explains repairs that have been done. Courteous and efficient.
