I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and a baked sandwich i have order from this place atleast 10 times before. First they put me on hold for 3 minutes. Took my order... \r
they had me on file and they told me it would be around an hour for delivery i said no problem.. 1 hour later i get a knock at the door and its some chick with my pizza she tells me the pizzas got delivered to her address and her boyfriend somehow mistaken the pizzas for his signed the receipt and took a bite of my sandwich lol she apologized i laughed and said well its not your fault and thanks her for bringing this to my attention. \r

I called dominos back to explain what happend and was put on hold for 8 minutes while i was explaining the situation to the manager he told me i was mistaken and the delivery defently got delivered to the right address and told me i was lying to him at this point i was pretty mad and told the guy i would come down there personaly to strighten this out he agreed.\r

So i went a few blocks down the road and when i got there i asked for the guy i talked to on the phone as soon as he realize it was me he immediately went on the defencive and got heated. I asked for the receipt to show him that the signature wasent mine and asked for the delivery driver to come confirm that it was me who signed for the pizza this guy would have none of it he just said no take the receipt and leave. \r

Realizing that i had to drive down to the pizza place to return my half eaten pizza for a refund and no apology or compensation all because the driver was a retard made me feel very cheated and i refused to leave till he had the delivery driver come confirm i was the man who signed the receipt he started yelling at me to get the $%^$ out or he was going to call the cops and picked the phone up even acted as if he was going to come at me from behind the counter lol... \r

Long story.. Worst Pizza experience i have ever had. Oh and they did not reverse the charge guess ill need to go to the bank... wow. Btw the manager was an asian guy probably around 40 years of age.
